🌿Sometimes you know exactly what you want from a massage, and sometimes you just know that your body needs a bit of attention.
That’s where Your Massage, Your Way comes in!
We’ll have a chat before your treatment about how you’re feeling, anything that’s been bothering you and what you’d like to get from your time with me. From there, we can work together to create a treatment that feels right for you on the day.
I can bring different techniques into your massage depending on what your body needs. This could include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, hot stones, trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
You might need a little more focus on an area that’s feeling tight or tired, while another part of your treatment might be about slowing down, relaxing and simply having some time for yourself.
There’s no set routine to follow and no expectation that you need to know which type of massage you need before you come. We’ll work that out together.
30 minutes – £30
45 minutes – £35
60 minutes – £40
75 minutes – £50
Your time is yours, and I’ll make sure we focus on the areas that need it most, while still giving you that chance to relax and switch off 😌
If you already know what you’d like, that’s absolutely fine too. Alongside Your Massage, Your Way, I also offer Hot Stone Massage and Indian Head Massage as standalone treatments — perfect if you’d like to enjoy one of these treatments on its own.
You’ll find the individual treatments below.

A deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Indian Head Massage helps to relieve stress and tension, promote relaxation, improve circulation, ease headaches and jaw tension, support healthy hair growth, and leave you feeling refreshed, balanced and revitalised.
Indulge in a deeply relaxing full body hot stone massage designed to melt away tension, calm the mind, and restore balance throughout the body. Using smooth heated basalt stones and flowing massage techniques, this luxurious treatment helps ease muscular aches, improve circulation, and leave you feeling completely relaxed, warmed, and rejuvenated.
A soothing hot stone massage focused on the areas where we hold the most tension. Heated basalt stones combined with targeted massage techniques help release tight muscles, ease stress, and relieve built-up tension in the neck, back, and shoulders, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed.
Give your legs the care they deserve with a focused treatment designed to relieve tension, reduce fatigue, and restore comfort to tired, sore, and achy legs. This specialised session combines targeted massage techniques to improve circulation, ease muscle tightness, and help reduce feelings of heaviness and stiffness often caused by long hours standing, exercise, travel, or everyday stress.
For enhanced results, Myofascial Release techniques can also be incorporated to gently release restrictions within the connective tissue surrounding the muscles. This highly effective approach helps improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and create a lasting sense of lightness and ease throughout the legs.
Whether you suffer from aching calves, tight hamstrings, overworked thighs, or general leg fatigue, this treatment is tailored to your individual needs — leaving your legs feeling refreshed, revitalised, and deeply restored.

🌿 Benefits of Swedish Massage 🌿
While Swedish massage is often associated with relaxation, pressure is fully adapted to individual preference and can range from light, calming techniques through to deep, focused work where required. Deeper pressure can be applied to address areas of muscular tightness, adhesions, and restricted tissue, supporting more effective release and improved functional movement. All treatment is delivered in a controlled and responsive way, ensuring both comfort and therapeutic benefit are maintained throughout.
🌿Key Benefits:
• Reduce muscular tension and stiffness
• Improve circulation and lymphatic flow
• Support relaxation of the nervous system
• Ease stress-related tension held in the neck, shoulders, and back
• Increase range of movement and joint mobility
• Promote a greater sense of overall wellbeing and balance
Regular treatments can really help with maintaining healthy muscle function and reduce the build-up of tension caused by posture, stress, or daily activity. Many clients also find it beneficial for improving sleep quality, improved mood and feeling more physically restored.
While Swedish massage is deeply relaxing, it also has a subtle remedial effect, making it suitable for both general maintenance and targeted tension relief. Each treatment is adapted to your individual needs to ensure the most appropriate pressure and focus areas are addressed.
Overall, it is an ideal treatment for anyone looking to support their body’s natural recovery, reduce stress levels, improve mobility, and enhance day-to-day comfort.
I am currently expanding my treatment menu to include additional therapeutic and wellbeing therapies designed to further support muscular health, recovery, and relaxation.
These new treatments will be introduced gradually as I continue to develop my practice, ensuring each one meets a high standard of care, training, and effectiveness.
